Responsibilities :
- Training Need Identification & Analysis:- Understanding organization goals and identifying training needs enabling detailed understanding of learning gap & analysis. Quarterly focus group discussions conducted for all business verticals to identify departmental needs consistently. Analyzing the learning needs & converting the potential needs to learning programs.
- Content Development:- Designing training modules based on specific needs collated for different businesses. Content development for behavioral programs like team building, positive & effective communication skills, motivation & leadership.
- Training Delivery:- Ensure inductions delivered within the required timelines for all new hires in HO. Ensure training courses are conducted as per the training plan & training calendar, keeping in mind the key measures like delivery days, number of employees covered, number & type of trainings conducted.
- E-learning:- Advocating e-learning throughout the site among employees consistently to ensure on-going learning culture.
- Other L&D activities:- Designing & publishing training calendar on a monthly basis to business. (technical & behavioral)
Maintaining training MIS for all employees.
Initiate a library to foster a learning culture.
Establish positive collaborative relationships and act primary point of contact between Operations, Compliance and Training departments.
Publishing the Training Newsletter on a quarterly basis to business to give a snapshot of the L&D department.
Ensuring all training practices, procedures and training materials used are compliant as per the regulations laid down.
Identifying & implementing means of improving customer service by adding value and keeping the broad goal of L&D in mind.
