Association with select sports events has been a major plank in our communication strategy through electronic media, since last four years or so. This time, we are sponsoring the program Straight Drive – a pre-view, half-time and post match show on India- Sri Lanka cricket (Test & ODI) series aired on Ten Sports from July 23- August 29, 2008. Hosted by former cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar, Straight Drive is one of the popular shows on cricket on Ten Sports.
Major highlights of the association are: INTEX branding in the studio, placement of INTEX notebook on the desk, airing of our TV commercials and dynamic scrollers during the show.
With this sponsorship, we have also launched our new TV Commercial focusing on the independence of today’s youth and their increasing competence to take their own decisions. The film has been conceived and shot on the lines of our new communication /branding concept – Life Version 2.0.
