In a bid to substantiate the vision of INTEX CARE (our service arm) as 'Good and Dependable Service In Your Neighborhood', a service cum promotional van activity has been going on in North Bengal since May 03, 2010. The month long activity (on till June 01, 2010) aims to deliver service at the consumers’ doorsteps. The product verticals covered are Intex PCs, Computer Peripherals and Consumer Electronics. The consumers who otherwise have to go to the distributors to get their after-sales-service concerns resolved are now directly coming to the mobile Intex Care service centre set-up provided through the van. It has a team of engineers and all other desired facilities to look into consumers’ concerns. The van is also emerging out to be an effective promotional tool spreading brand awareness across the North Bengal region covering Howrah, Hoogly, Nadia and North 24 Pargana to name few .

The canopy activity for Intex PCs at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa, conducted from April 27 to May 10, 2010, was an effort to support secondary and tertiary sales of our channel partners – Siva Computing Solutions, Syflex Solutions, Infotech System, Computer Planet, Das Computer and Info Zone. Appealing canopies displaying range of Intex PCs were installed at these channel partners’ outlets. The team is elated on having received more than 400 sales-queries.
