Incoming Quality Control checks are carried out on all products at company's 3 mother warehouses (Regional). All these IQC set-ups are equipped with state-of-the-art Testing Instruments & Software Tools. A team of qualified Electronics Engineers and Technicians are responsible for the required Test & Inspection activities.

Samples picked from each & every lot, as per guidelines of International standards like IPC, ISO etc., are tested as per international testing norms at these IQC labs. Aging & reliability Tests are also conducted by this dept to ensure better reliability of products in Indian field conditions. Samples of every lot are kept in an exclusive section of the store dept, to compare the same with the next lot.

Test reports prepared for every lot are sent to the vendors for continuous quality upgradation. Lot history records for every product are being maintained for traceability in the field. Test reports are updated from time-to-time, to include new parameters based on feedback received from the field.

IQC dept ensures that only products conforming to company's approved specifications are offered for sale.
