He has over 26 years of experience covering various aspects of after-sales service management of consumer/power electronics products, office equipment, IT hardware, etc. This includes successful tenures at Philips India Ltd, Muscat Electronics Co. Llc. (Oman), Onida and Luminous. He has been a National Service Head in various companies for over 10 years.
KV has been trained on effective service management by Philips Holland and has been imparted technical training at Advance Training Institute - Hyderabad, Sony - Dubai, Bahrain, Muscat, Karachi and Visiontech - Sydney, Australia.
KV manages the operations of 83 service points (58 full-fledged service centres and 25 authorised service centres for mobile phones) across the country. It involves formulating and implementing service policies / strategies for app. 300 products spread across 22 categories.
He is a hands-on professional who has also built a Service CRM and a completely Automated Service Management Software, amongst other tools, for day to day controls.

48-years-old, with brilliant academic background, he is a qualified Electronics & Communication Engineer from REC, Kurukshetra. He started his career in the year 1982 as Assistant Production Engineer with Monica Electronics Limited (ONIDA) and since then there is no looking back for him. With more than 25 years of rich working experience, he has worked with the brands like Salora International Limited, Altos India Limited and Bharti Telecom Limited.
His various achievements include manufacturing of Computer Mother Boards for Dell, USA and Fax Modem Cards for Zoom with Altos India Limited. There, he also established the SMT Manufacturing process and was appointed as Internal Auditor for ISO 9000 Quality System. In Bharti Telecom Limited, he was responsible for production of Push Button Telephones and was coordinating with DOT Engineers for supply of PBT to DOT. He rejoined Salora in the year 2000 as General Manager - Manufacturing to look after the complete manufacturing operation of TV/DVDs & SMT Contract Manufacturing for Sony, Philips, Panasonic & LG. The credit for manufacturing of Set Top Boxes with technology from a design house in UK also goes to him.
Being a hardcore professional, with excellent experience in quality assurance and efficiency improvement activities, he has joined INTEX as Vice President- Manufacturing and is responsible for the entire gamut of manufacturing including the manufacturing done by Third Parties on our behalf.
Mr. Dinesh Gupta

45-years-old, is a qualified Charted Accountant and Company Secretary. He has 20 years of professional proficiency in areas including Project Financing, Trade Finance, Working Capital Management, Finalizing Balance Sheet, Company Law, Income Tax, Excise and Sales Tax Matters. In INTEX he is responsible for looking after all Finance and Accounts functions, Secretarial, legal matters etc. Before joining Intex, he has worked with Daewoo Motors and Delton cables.
Mr. Prakash Joshi

Prakash Joshi is an Electrical & Electronics Engineering graduate with over 23 years of industry experience. He specializes in H/W Electrical and Electronics, embedded software development processes and international level designs meeting DQA and safety norms.
As GM Technical at Intex, he is responsible for the overall operations of technical department comprising of functions like Product Development, Compliance to Quality & Performance norms as per International Standards, Reducing field returns (RMA) and upgrading quality, Quality assuarance ,Technical support to Manufacturing , Marketing, Sales & Service, Engineering services to name just a few.
Prakash has had to his credit the development of India's First 14" B/W TV with Remote Control during his tenure at Onida and India's first 29 " TFT with 24 Window, 3 Live Pictures /3 Live Sounds- PIP model during his tenure at Thomson .Another reputed name in his professional journey is Bush. He had also been actively involved in working on Software and Hardware interface for ST, Philips, Toshiba and Sanyo Microcontrollers.
Prakash is equally good in commercial functions. His strong leadership skills have made him excel in team management, especially for the multi-locational & multiple level complex projects with varied cultural teams. At Thomson Consumer Electronics, Chennai, he used to lead a team of more than 60 Engineers situated at India, Singapore, China, Thailand, Mexico, France and US.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Sadhwani

Ashok, 51-years-old, is a science graduate and has also done Diploma in Marketing Management. He started his career in 1976 as Service Representative with Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises and moved on to Anglo-French Drug. Co. Group of Roche Products India Ltd as Medical Service Representative (1981). Moving on from Roche, he joined Xerox Modiorp Ltd. as Territory Manager (1985) and was promoted as Deputy General Manager (Operations) during the same tenure (2001). The next three years were spent in serving Gestetner India Ltd. as GM - Operations (2005). His last association, before joining Intex was Ricoh India Ltd as Head Operations (2005-07). At Intex, he is responsible for managing all India sales operations to enterprises falling in government, private, DGS &D, PSU and education sectors.

Kanwar Mohit, 40, is responsible for the entire gamut of Human Resource management and Personnel & Administration functions of the company.
He is MBA (HR) from National Institute of HRD and has also done LL.B (Specialization in Labour Laws), Master Degree in Sociology (Social Work), Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and Research.
His 18 years of rich experience in HR, People & Employee Relationship, Welfare activities and development activities related to organization behaviour & development, comes from his former associations with companies like Bajaj Hindustan Limited (Bajaj Group), Munjal Showa Ltd. (Hero Group company, collaboration with Showa Corpn., Japan) , Sterling Machine Tools, Indo Asian Fuse gear Ltd. (Indo Asian Group Collaboration with Kopp. & Mennekes, Germany) and Ultratech Metals (India) Ltd., (Unit of Sigma Mfg Corpn. Inc. USA).

He has been leading the service department of Intex since July, 2004. As a graduate engineer in electronics with MBA in marketing, he has 19 years of work experience in customer service & support. His forte lies in IT, consumer electronics and home appliances earned through successful tenures at BPL, LG Electronics, Videocon International, Inalsa Appliances and Singer India. He is an excellent planner and strategist with proven abilities in devoloping service procedures and systems.
At Intex, Mr. Malakar has been a major driving force is not only guiding the expansion of Intex's Service Center(from 27 in 2004 to 58 in 2007) but also in implementing correct and ethical service policies across all the centers.With the continuous up gradation of service operations and keen analysis of defect wise field return patterns, he and his team have done a significant contribution in reinforcing the overall customer satisfaction level.He also excels in maintaining relationship with clients and customers to provide quality service.
